Demonstration Pilot - Embraer
Embraer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demonstration Pilot to join our Global Flight Operations team. Position Summary:
As Pilot-in-Command, the Demonstration Pilot will play a key role in supporting Embraer's sales campaigns, aircraft acceptance and deliveries, customer support, marketing events, and customer aircraft demonstrations. The role requires a commitment to safety and adherence to IS-BAO Stage III standards.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Responsibilities:
- Operate company aircraft as Pilot in Command, ensuring safety and legal compliance for all assigned flights.
- Execute administrative duties and ensure adherence to Embraer flight operation policies outlined in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM).
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to tailor demonstration experiences to meet customer needs, contributing to a world-class experience that enhances the sales process.
- Engage with clients to facilitate new aircraft operation procedures, providing necessary manuals, guides, and forms. Ensure operational functionality and pilot and passenger safety.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and product specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience operating Embraer or competitor Business Jet products.
- Completion of the Embraer Demo Captain Minimum Qualifications for two Embraer aircraft types, as per the Flight Operations Crew Qualification Program.
- Previous experience with flight instruction and corporate piloting.
- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills, maturity, pro-activeness, initiative, emotional stability, politeness, self-sufficiency, self-control, calmness, discretion, trustworthiness, persuasiveness, consistency, and active listening abilities.
- Proven analytical and evaluative skills, assertiveness, innovativeness, creativity, interpersonal relationship and communication skills, accuracy, reservation, strong judgment skills, open-mindedness, and team-oriented approach.
- Minimum total flight hours: 4000
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) hours: 1000
- Minimum Turbo Jet hours: 1500
Education:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related field of study.
- Technical degree in aviation or A&P preferred.
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) experience highly desirable.
