Position Summary

The Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to elite clientele while ensuring a safe, efficient cabin environment. The incumbent will collaborate with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and First Officer to ensure all flight operations comply with FAA regulations, as well as the Elevate Jet General Operations Manual for both Part 135 and Part 91 flights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the PIC and SIC with all pre- and post-flight duties.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is present and functional; provide emergency direction and assistance to passengers as required.
  • Maintain all cabin equipment, including entertainment systems and galley controls.
  • Manage cabin organization, cleanliness, and aircraft stock to ensure the aircraft is trip-ready.
  • Coordinate and fulfill client catering orders and special requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a valid passport without travel restrictions.
  • Culinary training is considered a plus.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior Part 135/91 experience on large cabin aircraft.
  • International flight experience as a Part 135/91 cabin attendant preferred.

Schedule and Physical Requirements

  • Travel: 100% of the time.
  • Schedule: Determined based on the needs of the aircraft and clients.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Medical: Proof of certain vaccinations may be required.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
