Position Summary
Elevate Jet is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Contract Cabin Attendant to join its esteemed team in Seoul, South Korea. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service to an elite clientele while diligently collaborating with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and First Officer (SIC) to ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency on board.
The Cabin Attendant will operate in strict adherence to FAA regulations and Elevate Jet’s General Operations Manual for both Part 135 and Part 91 flights, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in private aviation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Contract Cabin Attendant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assisting the Pilot-in-Command and First Officer with all pre-flight and post-flight duties as required.
- Ensuring all safety equipment is present, fully operational, and readily accessible, while confidently preparing to assist or direct passengers during emergency situations.
- Verifying the proper functioning of all cabin equipment, including advanced entertainment systems and galley controls.
- Maintaining an impeccably clean and organized cabin environment, and meticulously managing aircraft stock to ensure the aircraft is always prepared for immediate departure.
- Expertly fulfilling client catering orders and executing other special requests with precision and discretion.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall flight operations and client satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating complete fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese is considered a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) processes and catering requirements, with specific expertise in preferred vendors within the Korea and broader Asian region.
- Superior organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain a valid passport without any travel restrictions.
- Culinary training or experience is highly desirable.
Education & Experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience as a Cabin Attendant on large cabin aircraft, operating under Part 135 and/or Part 91 regulations, is required.
- Extensive international experience, particularly within the Asian region, as a Part 135/91 Cabin Attendant is mandatory.
- AirCares/FACTS training is strongly preferred.
- A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Schedule & Travel
- The work schedule will be determined based on the dynamic needs of the aircraft and its discerning clients.
- This role requires 100% travel.
Miscellaneous
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proof of certain vaccinations may be a mandatory requirement for this position.
