IR Flight Instructor

Essential Qualifications
- A valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is required.
- Applicants must hold a valid Flight Instructor (FI) or Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) rating.
- A current and valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Demonstrated valid ICAO English Language Proficiency.
- Candidates must possess EU citizenship or the legal right to live and work within the EU / Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct flight instruction across various aircraft types and advanced FNPTII simulators, as assigned by the Chief Flight Instructor (CFI).
- Mentor and guide aspiring pilots diligently through the comprehensive, approved training syllabus to ensure exceptional preparation and learning outcomes.
- Effectively manage and achieve training goals and timeframes in partnership with clients.
- Actively support and enhance the academy's commitment to exceptional training standards and successful pilot outcomes.
Selection Process
- The initial stage involves an online interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Instructor Seminar in Kavala, Greece, for a duration of up to three weeks. This seminar encompasses a thorough induction, intensive standardization training, and a final assessment.
