This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a proven background as a Purser or MaƮtre de Cabine to bring their expertise to Switzerland's leading leisure airline.

The successful candidate will initially undergo comprehensive basic training as a Cabin Crew Member. Subsequently, they will complete the specialized Senior Cabin Crew Member ("SC") training, commencing with short-haul operations before progressing to long-haul routes.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Cabin Crew Member will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional passenger experience and maintaining the highest safety standards. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the efficient and safe execution of flight operations, strictly adhering to all prescribed safety and service guidelines.
  • Coordinating and proactively planning all onboard tasks and procedures, strategically deploying crew members based on their individual skills and training levels.
  • Championing the company's mission to deliver outstanding, friendly, and customer-centric service that exceeds expectations.
  • Executing necessary administrative tasks, including comprehensive reporting, to uphold holistic quality assurance standards.
  • Fostering professional and collaborative relationships with cockpit crews, management, and various internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of flight experience, with at least one year served in a Senior Cabin Crew Member capacity. Essential qualifications include:

  • Excellent proficiency in German and English, alongside good working knowledge (B1 level) of French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Possession of a Swiss or EU passport, demonstrating a strong affinity for Switzerland, including an understanding of Swiss German.
  • A professional and well-groomed appearance, meeting a minimum height requirement of 158cm.
  • Demonstrated confidence, exceptional reliability, and impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive communication regarding operational processes and crew performance, coupled with strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • High levels of conscientiousness and a profound sense of responsibility.

Note on Language Proficiency: Proof of B1 level can be provided via a diploma from a language school or course. Candidates without a current language diploma may still apply; in such cases, the language requirement will be contractually stipulated, and the diploma must be submitted prior to the commencement of SC training (approximately 4-5 months after employment begins).
