Tasks
They are our warm hosts above the clouds and sweeten the start and end of their vacation for our passengers. In addition to their well-being, you are also responsible for safety on board. You work in collegial and open teams and can look forward to a varied working day. You also benefit from flexible working hours and can enjoy days off at our dream destinations.
Further tasks:
Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring work processes before, during and after the flight
Carrying out the Edelweiss on-board service and on-board sales
Requirements
The prerequisite at the time of joining is successfully completed basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, etc.) as well as a customer-oriented attitude with an above-average willingness to provide service, enjoyment of dealing with people, warmth and empathy.
Other qualifications:
Good conversation skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2); Further language skills are an advantage
Swiss or EU passport with good connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
Well-groomed and attractive appearance (please note the regulations regarding tattoos in the application form)
Confident demeanor, great sense of responsibility and good manners
Men: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), community service or confirmation of unfitness for service
Minimum height 158 cm
Good swimming skills
Good health and willingness to work irregularly
