Tasks
They are our cordial hosts above the clouds and sweeten the start and end of their vacation for our passengers. In addition to their well-being, you are also responsible for safety on board. You work in collegial and open teams and can look forward to a varied working day. You also benefit from flexible working hours and can enjoy days off at our dream destinations.
Further tasks:
Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring the work processes before, during and after the flight
Carrying out the Edelweiss on-board service and on-board sales
Requirements
The prerequisite at the time of entry is a successfully completed basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, etc.) as well as a customer-oriented attitude with an above-average willingness to provide service, enjoyment of dealing with people, cordiality and empathy.
Other qualifications:
Good conversational skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2); further language skills an advantage
Swiss or EU passport with a good connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
Well-groomed and attractive appearance (please note the regulation on tattoos in the application form)
Confident appearance, great sense of responsibility and good manners
Men: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), civilian service or confirmation of unfitness for service
Minimum height 158 cm
Good swimming skills
Good health and willingness to work irregularly
Willingness to vaccinate (incl. Covid19 vaccination) and willingness to wear mouth and nose protection
