Cabin Crew Member (All Genders)
An exciting opportunity awaits as a Cabin Crew Member, where one serves as the perfect host, ensuring passenger comfort and safety while exploring the world's most beautiful destinations. This full-time role, based in Zurich/Kloten, involves direct entry into the flight attendant/cabin crew professional field.
Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew Member enhances the passenger experience, making the start and end of their journeys more pleasant. Responsibilities extend beyond passenger well-being to include on-board safety. Working within friendly and open teams, the Cabin Crew Member enjoys a varied daily routine with opportunities for days off at desirable destinations.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring efficient work processes before, during, and after each flight.
- Executing Edelweiss on-board service and facilitating on-board sales.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a completed basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, or equivalent) and demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude. A high level of resilience and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
Further qualifications include:
- Proficiency in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level); additional language skills are advantageous.
- A Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (comprehension of Swiss German is required).
- A well-groomed and personable appearance, exuding warmth (adherence to tattoo guidelines outlined in the application form is necessary).
- A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
- Rapid comprehension and a strong aptitude for learning.
- For male applicants: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), civilian service, or confirmation of unfitness for service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm.
- Adequate swimming skills.
