Eaton is currently seeking a Flight Captain to join our Flight Operations team. This position is based at our Richmond Heights, OH location at the Cuyahoga County Airport. We are offering relocation for this position.
Position Overview
As a key member of the Flight Operations Team, the Flight Captain is directly responsible for, and the final authority as to, the operation of an aircraft. Functions as the aircraft commander with responsibility for the aircraft, crew, and passengers, ensuring that the aircraft is operated safely and within the guidelines of Eaton Flight Operations Manual and within the provisions of the Federal Aviation and International Civil Aviation Organization Regulations.

In This Role You Will
* Conduct business with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct guided by strict adherence to the Eaton Policies on legal and ethical conduct.
* Achieve operational excellence utilizing the Eaton Business System to meet requirements and achieve objectives.
* Exercise organizational ownership to provide assistance to passengers and customers in order to deliver a high level of service in accordance with Eaton’s values and philosophies.
* Provide for the safety and security of passengers and crewmembers.
* Perform day-to-day operations in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and the Eaton Flight Operations Manual.
* Supervise the First Officers to ensure the appropriate execution of required responsibilities.
* Develop First Officers by demonstrating leadership with flight proficiency, aeronautical knowledge and adherence to applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
* Evaluate First Officer performance by completing post-flight debriefings and periodic written evaluations.
* Submit applicable forms and reports related to the flight to which they are assigned.
* Coordinate Customs/Immigrations requirements or documents not pre-arranged or prepared by the Flight Coordinator.
* Exhibit a team-oriented approach by assisting co-workers with duties when possible.
* Exercise emergency authority granted under federal regulations and complies with the requirements of the Eaton Flight Operations Emergency Action Plan.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time, 500 of which is in multi-engine aircraft, 1,000 hours as Pilot-In-Command
* Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, with an English Proficient endorsement
* FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
* Current Passport, or ability to obtain prior to employment
* Ability to comply with CANPASS rules and requirements
* Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time, 1,500 of which is in multi-engine aircraft, 1,000 hours as Pilot-In-Command
* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
