The Role: A320 Rated Co-Pilot

Initial Training Overview

Upon joining, A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will undertake a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC).

The Selection Process

The selection process comprises several stages designed to identify the most suitable candidates:

  1. Stage 1: Online Application
  2. Stage 2: Online Assessments
  3. Stage 3: Application Review
  4. Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This will take place in one of the easyJet Simulator Centres and will consist of both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment.
