Initial Training Overview

Upon joining, A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will undertake a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC).

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this vital role, prospective candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

• Operation as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at the point of application).
• A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Possession of a valid A320 Line Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
• Holding an Austrian (ACG) EASA Licence, or willingness and eligibility to convert to an ACG EASA Licence by easyJet induction.
• Possession of an Austrian (ACG) EASA Class 1 Medical, or willingness and eligibility to convert to an ACG EASA Class 1 Medical by easyJet induction.
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet network.

The Selection Process

The selection process comprises several stages designed to identify the most suitable candidates:

1. Stage 1: Online Application
2. Stage 2: Online Assessments
3. Stage 3: Application Review
4. Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This will take place in one of the easyJet Simulator Centres and will consist of both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment.
