Easyjet | A320 Pilot

United Kingdom

At easyJet, we take pride in providing a safe, comfortable and easy travel experience, ensuring our customers return to us time and time again. Bringing the latest technology to the flight deck, we innovate to succeed. This keeps us safe, efficient and sustainable, and helps us towards our goal of becoming Europe’s most loved airline.

Flying in the right-hand seat, you’ll be ranked Second Officer, First Officer or Senior First Officer depending on your previous flying hours and airline experience. You’ll provide support to your Captain and crew, be ready to meet problems head-on, and embrace our unparalleled opportunities for growth and development. Joining easyJet isn’t just a job – it’s a career enriched with diverse experiences and rapid progression.

easyJet prioritises the well-being and fulfilment of its pilots, offering a range of benefits designed to enhance their professional and personal lives. These include:

  • A young, modern fleet of aircraft.
  • Short-haul flying that allows pilots to return home the same day.
  • Industry leading training and rapid career progression.
  • Preferential bidding and roster swaps for a better work-life balance.
  • Generous leave allowances and bookable days off to promote rest and relaxation.
  • Complimentary food and drink during flights.
  • Free parking facilities for ease of travel.
  • Staff travel and other discounts across the industry.

We now have exciting opportunities for Non-Type Rated Co-Pilots to join us on a permanent contract in one of our UK bases.

If you’re as passionate about flying as we are and are looking to join an airline that can offer you fantastic development opportunities based on merit, not seniority - this is the role for you. No single day will ever be the same - each one filled with new challenges. The one thing that doesn’t change though are our people. They’re positive, inclusive, united by purpose, and they have your back. We call that our ‘Orange Spirit’, and you’ll get to share that too.

Apply now and embark on a journey filled with new challenges and opportunities.

(Please note: This application is for positions based in the UK ONLY. Further opportunities in other bases across our network will be advertised if they become available.)
