Prior flight experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, ideally supported by three months of previous experience in a customer-facing role. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Candidates must possess the legal right to work and live in the UK, hold a valid passport, and have unrestricted access to travel throughout the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship is not available for international applicants). Tattoos are permitted; however, those visible on the head, face, or neck are not acceptable, and any potentially offensive or inappropriate tattoos must be discreetly covered. The ability to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic products is essential, as alcohol sales contribute significantly to revenue and commission payments. Finally, candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base.
