Requirements

While prior flying experience is not required, successful candidates will possess a genuine passion for customer service and a strong desire to learn. Ideally, applicants will have at least three months of experience in a customer-facing role.

Essential qualifications include:

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work and reside in the UK, with a valid passport and unrestricted travel privileges within the UK, EEA, and easyJet Network. (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants is not available for this position).
• Ability to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic beverages, as this is a key revenue stream and a component of crew commission payments.
• Residency within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.

Furthermore, due to legal and safety regulations pertaining to working in an aircraft, candidates must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Measure between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) in height without shoes.
• Successfully pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination.
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, and inflate a life jacket. Additionally, candidates must be able to climb into a survival raft from the water.
• Possess the ongoing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat, which requires the use of a shoulder harness and lap belt.
