Successful candidates will transition to the modern A320 fleet after completing a comprehensive Cross-Crew Qualification (CCQ) program.

Captains holding A330/A340/A350/A380 Type Ratings will commence their easyJet employment by completing an A320 CCQ with one of the airline’s approved training organisations. The full cost of the CCQ is covered by easyJet.
Following the successful completion of the CCQ, all transitioning pilots will proceed with the standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon officially joining the operational roster.
