Prior to commencing employment, A330/A340/A350/A380 Captains will be required to complete a self-funded A320 CCQ. The cost of the CCQ, up to a maximum of £8000, may be claimed back upon the start of employment. All pilots will then complete a standard easyJet OCC.

Requirements of the Role:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid A330/A340/A350/A380 Type Rating with a valid LPC.
  • Have a minimum of 3 months and 150 flying hours on the A330/A340/A350/A380.
  • Complete an A320 CCQ by easyJet induction date.
  • Have a minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.
  • Have a minimum of 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft above 30 Tonnes MTOW by easyJet induction date.
  • Hold a UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 LPC at the point of easyJet induction.
  • Hold a UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
  • Possess a minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet network.

Selection Process:

The selection process involves the following stages:

  1. Online Application
  2. Online Assessments
  3. Application Review
  4. Assessment Centre, including a Non-Technical and Technical (SIM) Assessment.
