Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a valid A320 Type Rating at the time of joining.
• Possess a minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.
• Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours on the A320 family.
• Have a minimum of 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft exceeding 30 Tonnes MTOW (by easyJet induction date).
• Hold a UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 LPC at the point of easyJet induction.
• Hold a UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate a minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, with access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.

Selection Process:

The selection process consists of the following stages:

• Stage 1 – Online Application
• Stage 2 – Online Assessments
• Stage 3 – Application Review
• Stage 4 – Assessment Centre (including Non-Technical and Technical (SIM) Assessments)
