Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
- Recent experience (within the last 12 months) operating as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 family aircraft.
- A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.
- A minimum of 1,000 total PIC hours on A320 family aircraft (by easyJet induction date).
- A valid Austrian EASA Licence (or willingness to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence).
- A valid Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical (or willingness to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical).
- Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
- The right to live and work in the EU country of application, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network.
Selection Process:
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
- Stage 1: Online Application
- Stage 2: Online Assessments
- Stage 3: Application Review
- Stage 4: Assessment Centre - Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to an easyJet Assessment Centre, which will take place in one of their Simulator Centres and involve both Non-Technical and Technical (SIM) Assessments.

Initial Training Overview:
Upon joining easyJet, A319/A320/A321 Captains will undergo the standard easyJet Operational Crew Course (OCC).
