About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are currently operating as A320 Captains to join our team at London Gatwick on a permanent contract.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Operated as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 family aircraft within the past 12 months (at point of application).
- Flight Hours: A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours and 1,000 total PIC hours on A320 family aircraft (by easyJet induction date).
- Licensing: A UK CAA Licence (or be willing and eligible to convert to a UK CAA Licence) with a valid A320 LPC at point of easyJet induction.
- Medical: A UK CAA Class 1 Medical (or be willing and eligible to convert to a UK CAA Class 1 Medical).
- English Proficiency: Minimum ICAO Level 4 English.
- Right to Work: The right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet network.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Stage 1: Online Application
- Stage 2: Online Assessments
- Stage 3: Application Review
- Stage 4: Assessment Centre - Successful candidates will be invited to one of our Simulator Centres for a Non-Technical and Technical (SIM) Assessment.
