- License Requirement: Applicants must possess a current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.
- Medical Certification: A current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Type Rating: A specific B-767 type rating is not required, as full, comprehensive training will be provided by Eastern Airlines.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with previous B-767 experience under FAR 121 operations and demonstrable Crew Resource Management (CRM) expertise are highly preferred.
- Documentation: The selected individual must possess a valid driver’s license and a valid passport, ensuring eligibility for international travel.
- Compliance: Candidates must possess an impeccable safety and training record.
- Background Checks: Successful completion of extensive background checks is mandatory, including a pre-employment DOT drug test, comprehensive drug and alcohol background checks, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
