Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in pre-flight briefings, conduct safety checks, and prepare the aircraft.

Ensure adequate stocking and appropriate delivery of onboard supplies, including beverages and food.

Greet passengers, verify boarding passes, answer inquiries, and assist with bag stowage and special needs.

Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instruction on emergency procedures and exit row requirements.

Monitor passenger compliance with federal regulations during flight and ensure passenger comfort.

Prepare the aircraft and passengers for landing according to company and federal regulations.

Respond to in-flight emergencies, providing passenger direction, assistance, and administering first aid as needed, completing necessary reports.

Complete and submit all required documentation and paperwork.

Uphold courteous and respectful interactions with all customers and vendors.

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States.

Valid US Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.

Availability for a minimum of 18 days per month.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Minimum age of 21 years.

Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, including a pre-employment DOT drug test, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.

Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.

Customer service experience is required; hospitality or retail experience is preferred.

Ability to travel to Canada and maintain valid travel documents with no impediments to international entry.

Physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, stretching, and bending for extended periods.

Ability to work variable duty schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to be away from the home base.

Availability to attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance.

No visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.

Proficiency in multitasking and working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Must reside within a 2-hour radius of MIA, ELP, or AZA.
