Key Responsibilities:

Execute pre-flight duties: briefings, aircraft preparation, safety checks, and report generation.

Manage cabin supplies (food, beverages, provisions), process payments, and maintain inventory.

Deliver excellent customer service: greet passengers, check boarding passes, assist with bag stowage, and address inquiries.

Conduct safety demonstrations, instruct on emergency equipment, explain exit row requirements, and operate audio equipment.

Ensure cabin compliance with federal regulations and maintain passenger comfort throughout flights.

Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing according to company and federal guidelines.

Respond to in-flight emergencies, providing direction, first aid, and completing incident reports.

Accurately complete and submit all required forms and paperwork.

Treat all customers and vendors with consistent courtesy and respect.

Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.

Valid US Passport (at least six months remaining until expiration).

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Minimum age of 21 years.

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, understanding).

Customer service experience required; hospitality or retail preferred.

Ability to legally serve alcoholic beverages.
Requirements

Availability for a minimum of eighteen (18) days per month, with an open and flexible schedule.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings, DOT drug test, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Must own and maintain a personal cell phone.

Ability to travel internationally, maintaining valid, impediment-free travel documents.

Physical capability: lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, bend for 14+ hours.

Willingness to work variable duty blocks, including extended periods, nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring time away from base.

Successful completion of mandatory Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Adherence to a polished, professional, and conservative appearance; no visible tattoos or body piercings on duty.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

Must reside within a two-hour commute of MIA, ELP, or AZA base locations.
