About the Role

EVA Flight Training Academy is seeking Certified Flight Instructors (CFI) to deliver airline-oriented flight training to EVA Airways cadet pilots. This position, based in Sacramento, California, utilizes the DA42 Twin Star aircraft. The role offers guaranteed monthly hours, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits, with potential eligibility for a First Officer position after three years of service.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) qualification.
• Hold a valid Class II medical certificate.
• Provide safe and high-quality flight and ground instruction in accordance with the FAA-approved Part 141 Training Syllabus.
• Ensure students maintain the required proficiency levels in flight skills and aviation knowledge.
• Adhere to the Academy’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
• Actively participate in promoting the Academy’s safety culture and philosophy.

Qualifications

• Instruction experience in Part 141 pilot schools is preferred.
