First Officer - Boeing 737 Fleet (EASA)

Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will operate within a multi-crew environment, diligently executing flight duties and responsibilities in the following areas:
- Assuming the essential role of pilot, maintaining complete command and control of the assigned aircraft type, strictly adhering to the procedures outlined in the valid Operations Manual.
- Actively supporting the Aircraft Commander to ensure the absolute safety and security of the aircraft, flight crew, traveling passengers, and transported cargo throughout all phases of flight operations.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate compliance with the following mandatory criteria:
- Must possess a current and valid Boeing 737 Type Rating.
- Holding a valid EASA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) coupled with ATPL theoretical knowledge and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certification, or possessing a full EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Maintenance of a current Class 1 EASA Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessed at Level 4 or higher; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, Italian, German) is highly advantageous.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU) or the demonstrable ability to secure the necessary work authorization.
- Capability to successfully obtain the required security clearance from Croatian regulatory authorities.
