Position Overview

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is actively recruiting seasoned Cabin Attendants to join its esteemed team. This exciting opportunity is for a brand-new Global 7500 aircraft, strategically based in Bradley, Connecticut (KBDL). The Cabin Attendant is paramount to ensuring passenger welfare, encompassing all aspects of cabin safety and service excellence. Proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures, along with a thorough understanding of cabin systems and operations, is essential.

This account operates under Part 91 regulations and is supported by a robust team, including six pilots, a dedicated Maintenance Technician, and two full-time Cabin Attendants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate pre-flight preparations, verifying the status of emergency equipment, ensuring cabin cleanliness, stocking provisions, and confirming catering orders.
  • Assume responsibility for all assigned duties under the direction of the Pilot in Command for each scheduled trip.
  • Adhere strictly to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
  • Ensure passenger compliance with all regulatory mandates.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency as a Part 91 qualified crewmember.
  • Conduct comprehensive emergency and service briefings prior to each flight segment, and meticulously secure the cabin prior to taxi.
  • Comply with the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
  • Deliver an unparalleled level of customer service to owners and charter passengers, including a warm welcome, manifest verification, and the creation of a first-class environment through meal preparation, attentive passenger care, and cabin organization.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to safety, security, and quality by consistently adhering to the Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations through the established channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated corporate Cabin Attendant experience is mandatory. Commercial flight attendant experience will not be considered as equivalent.
  • Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving radius of Bradley International Airport (BDL). This position is not remote.
  • Extensive international flight experience is required, as approximately 70% of this account's travel will be to international destinations.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and purchasing food for onboard preparation, with a strong emphasis on elevated culinary expertise, is essential.
  • Must possess current and valid training from Flight Safety or Aircare, including FACTS, Emergency Procedures, and First Aid certifications, prior to application.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledgeable in emergency procedures.
  • Familiar with safe food handling protocols.
  • Skilled in the proper cleaning and laundering of cabin linens and serving ware.
  • Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting for all onboard entertainment systems and equipment.
  • Responsible for the procurement and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from various establishments.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates with extensive experience on long-range aircraft.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range:

Cabin Size: Large/Heavy/Premium | Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
