Position Summary
EJM is actively seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Cabin Attendant for a Praetor 600 aircraft based in Wilmington, DE (KILG). This integral role is responsible for ensuring the welfare, safety, and comfort of passengers across all aspects of cabin operations. The successful candidate will join a dedicated 3-pilot crew, supporting approximately 300 hours of Part 91 operations and 150 hours of Retail Charter Part 135 flying annually.
This is a non-commutable position, requiring the Cabin Attendant to reside within a two-hour drive of Wilmington, DE (KILG). Relocation assistance may be provided for the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all pre-flight activities, including meticulous maintenance status verification of emergency equipment, ensuring cabin cleanliness, precise aircraft stocking, and proper catering order management.
- Serve as the primary cabin safety and service authority, reporting directly to the assigned Pilot in Command for all scheduled trip duties.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and confirm passenger compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain continuous proficiency and currency as a qualified Part 91 or Part 91/135 crewmember.
- Conduct comprehensive emergency and service briefs prior to each flight leg, ensuring the cabin is fully secured before taxi.
- Comply rigorously with the General Operations Manual, all company policies and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
- Deliver the highest caliber of customer service to aircraft owners and charter passengers, warmly greeting all passengers and accurately confirming the passenger manifest.
- Cultivate a first-class onboard environment by expertly preparing and presenting meals, anticipating and attending to passenger needs, and diligently maintaining an orderly and pristine cabin.
- Actively contribute to the company’s safety culture by continually complying with the Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations through appropriate channels.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Proven customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work irregular and extended hours dictated by flight schedules.
- Successful completion of the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
- Mandatory completion of Cabin Attendant training with Aircare FACTS or Flight Safety International within the past year.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) usage.
- Proficiency with all aircraft emergency equipment and comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
- Proficiency in operating all onboard entertainment systems and equipment, including basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- Responsibility for the meticulous purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from various vendors.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Fine dining and culinary meal planning experience.
- Preference will be given to local candidates with prior Corporate Cabin Attendant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and aircraft type (SuperMid/Premium).
