Position Overview
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is actively recruiting qualified Cabin Attendants to join its esteemed team. This role supports a new Global 6000 aircraft, operating from Oxford, Connecticut (KOXC). The Cabin Attendant is entrusted with the comprehensive welfare of passengers, ensuring paramount cabin safety and delivering an exemplary service experience throughout each flight.
Prospective candidates must reside within a two-hour commuting radius of KOXC or demonstrate a willingness to relocate. Essential qualifications include current Flight Safety or Aircare FACTS training, encompassing "Abnormal and Emergency Procedures" and all facets of cabin systems and operations.
This position is part of a robust operational team, including seven pilots, two dedicated Maintenance Technicians, and two Cabin Attendants. The account operates under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. This established EJM account is expanding its fleet by adding the Global 6000 to its existing Global 5000V operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-flight preparations, ensuring the operational status of emergency equipment, meticulous cabin cleanliness, complete aircraft stocking, and accurate catering orders.
- Execute all assigned duties under the direct supervision of the Pilot in Command for each scheduled trip.
- Adhere strictly to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Ensure passenger compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proficiency and currency as a qualified Part 91 or Part 91/135 crewmember.
- Conduct pre-flight emergency and service briefings for each flight segment and verify cabin security prior to taxi.
- Comply with the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
- Deliver the highest caliber of customer service to aircraft owners and charter passengers, including greeting passengers and verifying the accuracy of the passenger manifest.
- Cultivate a first-class cabin environment by preparing and serving meals, attending to passenger needs, and maintaining an orderly cabin.
- Uphold the company's safety, security, and quality objectives through consistent compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program.
- Proactively report any safety, security, or quality recommendations or observations of non-compliance through appropriate channels.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs)
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Proven customer service experience required; experience in fine dining and culinary meal planning is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular and extended hours in accordance with flight schedules.
- Successful completion of the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and proficiency in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Expertise with all aircraft emergency equipment and a thorough understanding of emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- Proficiency in the proper cleaning and laundering of cabin linens and serving ware.
- Ability to operate onboard entertainment systems and equipment, including performing basic troubleshooting.
- Responsibility for the procurement and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from various vendors.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience on large cabin aircraft and those residing locally.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range
Based on Cabin Size:
- Large/Heavy/Premium Aircraft: $60,000 - $180,000
