Position Summary

Executive Jet Management is actively seeking highly qualified and dedicated Cabin Attendant candidates to join its esteemed team. This exceptional opportunity supports a new Global 6000 aircraft, based in Oxford, CT (KOXC). The Cabin Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost welfare, safety, and comfort of passengers across all aspects of cabin service and emergency preparedness for both Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This is a long-standing and valued account, operating alongside an existing Global 5000V, supported by a 7-pilot team, 2 dedicated Maintenance Technicians, and 2 Cabin Attendants.

Key Responsibilities

The Cabin Attendant will be entrusted with a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating meticulous pre-flight activities, encompassing the verification of emergency equipment status, ensuring cabin cleanliness, aircraft stocking, and precise catering order management.
  • Reporting directly to the assigned Pilot in Command for all scheduled trip duties and ensuring compliance with all Federal Air Regulations (FARs).
  • Maintaining exceptional proficiency and currency as a Part 91 or Part 91/135 qualified crewmember.
  • Conducting thorough emergency and service briefs prior to each flight segment and ensuring the cabin is fully secured before taxi.
  • Complying rigorously with the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
  • Delivering the highest echelon of customer service to owners and charter passengers, including personal greetings and manifest confirmation, while ensuring passenger compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivating a first-class cabin environment through expert meal preparation, attentive passenger care, and diligent cabin maintenance.
  • Championing the company's goals for safety, security, and quality through continuous compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program and proactive reporting of any safety, security, or quality recommendations or observations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a strong background and demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Proven customer service experience is essential; fine dining and culinary meal planning experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work irregular and extended hours in accordance with flight schedules.
  • Successful completion of the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Proficiency with all aircraft emergency equipment and comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
  • Capability for proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
  • Ability to expertly operate all onboard entertainment systems and equipment, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Responsibility for the purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from various vendors.
  • Must live or be willing to relocate within a two-hour radius of Oxford, CT (KOXC) airport.
  • Current Flight Safety or Aircare FACTS training, including "Abnormal and Emergency Procedures" and all areas of cabin systems and operations, is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates with significant experience working on large cabin aircraft.

Compensation

The base salary range for this large/heavy/premium cabin aircraft position is competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
