Are you ready to take your flying career to the next level? For our expanding European and Asian Coast Guard and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) operations, EASP AIR is looking for ambitious and committed DORNIER DO328-100TP Captains and First Officers (EASA type rated).
We’re seeking professionals who go beyond flying from A to B. Pilots with a ‘Can Do’ mentality, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for meaningful missions. You’ll be conducting Maritime Patrol Operations, including low-level flying and precision air drops, often in challenging environments. In short: we’re looking for “The Right Stuff.”

Your profile:

You shall hold a current EASA ATPL(A) (for Captain pos.) and a valid EASA FCL Class I Medical Certificate;

EASA type-rated on the DO328-100TP (or willing to convert);

Have accumulated a minimum of 1.500 hours of actual flight time;

Have accumulated a minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command on a twin engine turbine aircraft;

First Officers with significant DO328 hours might be eligible for a Fast Track option.

A team player with flexibility, curiosity, and resilience

Comfortable working in small teams and remote locations

Eager to contribute ideas and help shape the future of our growing company
Furthermore:

EU Citizenship and resident is a must;
-
Maritime Surveillance and/or ISR experience is preferred;

A big pre when the candidate carries Low Level Flight Experience;

Military or Air Police background might be a pre;

Flexible team spirit is a must;

UK language at proficiency level 6, in word and writing is a must;

Fulltime fixed-term employment contracts only

Part-time employment is no option;

Your Home Base will be Schiphol Airport The Netherlands;

10 days ON - 5 days OFF and/or 12 days ON - 6 days OFF rotations.

An EU Personal Security Clearance Certificate application procedure will be part of the selection procedure.¹

Candidates without EU citizenship will not have their application processed.

If you were not successful in the application proces in the past 12 months, you are not eligible for a new application.

note:
A Personal Security Clearance Certificate (PSCC) shall be issued by the applicable National Security Authority of the applicant and is a must.
