King Air Captain - Wildfire Aviation
A distinguished aviation organization is actively seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven King Air Captain to become an integral part of its esteemed wildfire aviation team. This critical role involves the provision of safe, professional, and timely on-demand aerial firefighting operations utilizing Beechcraft King Air 200 aircraft.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Minimum Flight Hour Requirements:
- 1,500 hours Total Flight Time
- 1,200 hours Pilot-In-Command (Airplane)
- 200 hours Pilot-In-Command (Multi-Engine Land), with a minimum of 100 hours within the preceding 12 months
- 200 hours Pilot-In-Command in mountainous or low-level terrain (below 2,500 feet AGL, as defined by 14 CFR 95.11)
Required Certifications and Ratings:
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
- FAA Instrument Rating
- Valid Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Eligibility for an Interagency Pilot Qualification Card (demonstrated through the established pilot carding process)
