First Officer - Operational Readiness Training

The Role
This position involves supporting ongoing contracts with the Ministry of Defence (MOD), NATO, and other clients as determined by the company. The First Officer will play a critical role in providing operational readiness training.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute flight duties in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures, including aircraft-specific procedures, limitations, and performance characteristics, as assigned by the Commander.
- Ensure compliance with relevant SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable United Kingdom and International air legislation, aviation best practices, and procedures.
- Remain familiar with relevant sections of the Company Operations Manuals to fulfill required functions.
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft in strict adherence to current legislation and company operations manuals.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Draken Europe.
- Provide support for worldwide detachments as required by the company.
- Operate in support of adjacent contracts.
