Responsibilities:

Execute the Production Test Flight Programme (Test flights CAT 3) of all Diamond Aircraft Industries aircraft, including the DART aerobatic trainer if required.
Utilize in-depth design and system knowledge to communicate effectively with flight and production line personnel regarding any potential issues.
Proactively contribute suggestions for design and manufacturing improvements related to quality enhancement.
Manage administrative tasks, such as aircraft assessments, permit issuance follow-up, and final confirmation of conformity.
Participate actively in ground inspections.

Skills:

Possess an HTL/FH (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, or aviation engineering; or hold an EASA Part 66 AML B1 certification.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Communicate proficiently in both German and English.
Hold a minimum of an EASA Commercial Pilot License with an instrument rating on single and multi-engine piston aircraft.
Ideally possess a minimum of 800 hours of total flight time, with at least 400 hours as Pilot in Command.
An aerobatic rating is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 4,500. Salary may be negotiated higher based on qualifications and experience.
