This is what you can do

Safely conduct flight test operations on aircraft for the purpose of research, development and certification in accordance with authority and company policies and procedures.

Duties include flight planning, safety of flight activities, test reporting, generating operational documentation, training, and support of the engineering team with pilot evaluations.

Contribute to the aircraft design with respect to pilot interface and human factors.

Observe company and EASA rules and regulations, and proper use of safety and risk mitigation methods and the safe operation of equipment.

Review and approve flight test related documents.

Review and approve test aircraft operational documentation and checklists.

Conduct test pilot activities on rigs and simulators and report on test operations.
You’ll bring this with you
-
Engineering degree in a STEM subject

Graduate of an accredited Test Pilot School
-
3+ years of job experience in development flight test
-
EASA CPL/IR or ATPL with category 1 flight test rating
-
1500 hours PIC time on Part 25 aircraft, including 200 hours of flight test
-
EASA class I medical certificate
