Job Title: Pilot Interviewer – Propel

Delta Air Lines and Endeavor Air have collaborated under the Propel Career Path brand to facilitate a streamlined experience for pilot candidates. The Pilot Interviewer – Propel will join a collaborative hiring team consisting of an HR representative, an active Endeavor Air pilot, and the Pilot Interviewer to assess candidates for the Propel Career Path Program. This position reports to the Sr. Manager – Propel Operations and requires on-site presence at Endeavor Air’s headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend formal Propel Interviewer training and maintain currency on all procedural updates.
  • Conduct pilot interviews on-site in Minneapolis, MN, from Monday through Thursday, for a minimum of one week per month.
  • Evaluate candidates based on established interview guidelines to identify top talent for the Propel program, facilitating their path to fly at Endeavor Air and transition to Delta Air Lines.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity, consistently exemplifying Delta’s Core Values and Rules of the Road.
  • Demonstrate Delta’s brand behaviors—Welcoming, Elevating, and Caring—during all candidate interactions.
  • Represent Delta Air Lines with professionalism in every engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a current or previous Delta pilot.
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
  • Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Demonstrate an appreciation for a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with or knowledge of flight instructing in Part 141 or Part 61 environments.
  • Experience with or knowledge of university flight programs or Part 141 flight school operations.
  • Prior experience conducting interviews.

Time Commitment

  • Part-time position requiring approximately 32 hours per week for an average of one week per month.
  • Standard interview week schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
