How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
This Flight Operations Support (FOS) position will provide support to the Delta Aircrew Training Center Airline Transport Pilot – Certified Training Program (ATP-CTP). It provides a single point of contact to students who elect to utilize their VA Benefits for pilot training. This position will report to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP Operations at Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
+ Collect and maintain VA documents
+ Submit student reimbursements to VA
+ Document verification of reimbursements received
+ Ensure accuracy of student records
+ Respond to program inquiries
+ Process authorized registrations
+ Point of contact for all student inquiries and timed communications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Solid organizational and leadership skills.
+ Familiarity with the Veteran’s Administration benefits
+ Must be able to effectively work with internal and external business partners to drive DPS work
+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
+ Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
