DST LLC | Captain
A CL-604 Captain is sought to serve as Pilot in Command for operations based in Hagerstown, Maryland. This full-time exempt position operates on a 14-day on/14-day off rotation, ensuring the safe and legal operation of the CL604 aircraft.
About the Role
The CL-604 Captain, acting as Pilot in Command, is responsible for the safe and legal operation of the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and the company's Flight Operations Manual. Key duties encompass flight planning, pre-flight inspections, aircraft navigation and operation, Air Traffic Control (ATC) coordination, in-flight monitoring, Crew Resource Management (CRM), customer communication, safety briefings, reporting mechanical issues, and completing post-flight tasks and aircraft administration records. The role involves variable workdays, including evening and weekend duties, and requires CONUS and OCONUS travel, potentially including extended overseas assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Airplane Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) rating and Instrument rating.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time.
- Current passport with unrestricted international travel privileges.
- Current FAA First or Second Class Medical certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret Level Clearance.
- Successful completion of a DOT/FAA-regulated drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- CL-604 Type Rating.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5,000 hours of total flight time.
- 2,000 hours of turbojet flight time.
- 500 hours of flight time in the CL-604.
