About the Role
The VIP Flight Attendant is responsible for performing assigned cabin safety, security, and service duties in accordance with all applicable regulations, operator manuals, aircraft-specific requirements, and instructions from the Pilot-in-Command. This position offers the opportunity to provide discreet, personalized, and professional service to discerning clients, with a paramount focus on safety and security. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional onboard service, managing catering and amenities within budget, maintaining cabin presentation, responding professionally to passenger requests, and coordinating effectively with the flight crew. The role also entails inventory control, safeguarding confidential information, and maintaining all necessary documentation and qualifications.
Requirements
- Previous relevant cabin crew experience.
- Professional presentation aligned with company standards.
- Strong interpersonal, service, and conflict-management skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for effective safety, emergency, operational, and service duties.
- Demonstrated teamwork, sound judgment, cultural awareness, adaptability, and discretion.
- Ability to remain effective during irregular or demanding operations.
- Valid passport and the ability to obtain and maintain necessary visas and travel documents for assigned destinations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Crew Member in commercial or private aviation.
Qualifications
- VIP, business, or corporate aviation experience is desirable.
- Additional languages may be considered an asset.
- Experience in VIP, business, or corporate aviation and/or silver service training will be considered an asset.
