Position Summary
Cutter Aviation is seeking an exceptional Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to serve as the primary external representative of the company. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the organization, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills and a dedication to delivering world-class customer service to aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot-in-Command on a C680A Citation Latitude for Part 91 and 135 on-demand charter operations.

Provide uncompromising, world-class service to all clients.

Maintain strict compliance with all FAA regulations regarding flight operations, crew qualifications, currency, fitness for flight, and aircraft maintenance status.

Execute established procedures for reporting flight and ground-based irregularities and maintain all required documentation.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or Chief Pilot.

Uphold an uncompromising commitment to aviation safety.

Demonstrate the ability to adapt to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts.
Minimum Requirements
-
Valid, current pilot license issued by the FAA.
-
Current 1st Class Medical certificate.
-
Previous PIC Jet Type Rating.
-
3,000 total flight hours.
-
1,500 hours as PIC.
-
250 hours as PIC or SIC in a mid-size jet or larger (exceeding 20,000 lbs MTOW).

No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past five years.

Demonstrable knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.

Ability to mentor and train the Second-in-Command (SIC) pilot.

Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications

Current Part 135.293/297 qualifications in a jet.

Previous training via FSI or Simuflite.
Additional Requirements

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must maintain a clean driving record.
