Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in material handling equipment and technology, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to operate a Hawker 800XP aircraft. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, efficiency, and professionalism, contributing to the organization's commitment to excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Pilot is responsible for all aspects of flight operations, including:

  • Operating a Hawker 800XP aircraft.
  • Planning and executing preflight activities, such as budgeting fuel costs, determining fuel requirements, and assessing weather conditions.
  • Piloting aircraft to designated destinations.
  • Coordinating landing procedures with destination airports, including adherence to customs regulations for international flights.
  • Selecting optimal flight routes.
  • Providing assistance as an aircraft technician and aiding in aircraft repairs, both on-site and in the home hangar.
  • Conducting thorough preflight and post-flight inspections.
  • Overseeing post-flight aircraft cleaning.
  • Maintaining accurate aircraft logbooks, scheduling part-time pilots, and managing international flight documentation, including crew overseas flight cards and passports.
  • Updating avionics equipment.
  • Arranging passenger land transportation.
  • Completing annual flight and medical examinations, as well as recurrent training, to maintain all required licenses and safety certifications.
  • Performing other duties in the hangar as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; five years of relevant experience required.
  • Possession of an Airline Transport Certificate.
  • Availability to meet the demands of "on-call" status and "extended duty times."
  • Demonstrated managerial, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Accumulation of 2,000 hours of total flight experience, including 1,000 hours as pilot in command.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight (over 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1,000 hours of experience in the aircraft type, coupled with international flying experience.
  • Associate degree in aviation.
