Crewlink, the official recruitment partner for Ryanair, is currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will operate out of a Ryanair base, facilitating exceptional travel experiences for our passengers while embarking on a rewarding career across Europe.
Position Overview
This role offers a dynamic professional environment for those who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced setting. Cabin Crew members have the opportunity to explore diverse destinations and cultures, supported by a financially stable airline. We are hosting an in-person assessment day on 3 July 2026 at 10:30 am. Formal invitations will be extended to applicants following a successful review of their credentials.
Candidate Requirements

High level of enthusiasm and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

Previous customer service experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors).

Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU.

Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with the ability to work a shift roster.

Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for travel and meeting new people.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
