Cabin Crew Opportunities
Crewlink, the official recruitment partner for Ryanair, is currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. This role offers the opportunity to operate out of a Ryanair base, providing passengers with an excellent travel experience while exploring Europe. We are hosting an in-person assessment day on June 5, 2026, at 10:30 am. Selected candidates will receive a formal invitation following an application review.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-quality service to passengers, maintain a professional "can do" attitude, and perform duties within a fast-paced aviation environment. Cabin Crew members must be prepared to work flexible shift rosters and interact positively with the public.
Candidate Requirements

Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.

Previous customer service experience (e.g., bar, restaurant, or retail).

Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU.

Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
