Cabin Crew Position - Ryanair Base
Crewlink, the official recruitment partner for Ryanair, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will be based at one of our many Ryanair locations, contributing to the delivery of an excellent travel experience for our guests.
Role Overview
This position provides an opportunity for ambitious individuals to advance their aviation careers while exploring destinations across Europe. Crew members will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting diverse groups of people and experiencing new cultures. Candidates are invited to attend an in-person assessment on 15 May 2026 at 10:30 am, subject to formal invitation following application review.
Candidate Requirements

A background in customer service (e.g., experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors).

Demonstrable legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU.

Height requirement: Between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Proficiency in swimming: Able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Strong communication skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Personal attributes: High level of enthusiasm, flexibility, and a professional "can-do" attitude.

Ability to adapt to a shift-based work roster.
