The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training program. Life as a cabin crew member is both exciting and fulfilling. This demanding position requires commitment to safety as the foremost priority, and involves early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and returns as late as midnight. Candidates who are not morning-oriented are advised to carefully consider this schedule.
Mandatory Application Requirements: Applicants are required to complete an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will disqualify candidates from proceeding to the interview stage.
Requirements:
- High levels of enthusiasm.
- Customer service experience, such as in bar, restaurant, or retail settings.
- Unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and travel throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable to working a shift roster.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Passion for travel and meeting new people.
