Contour, a well-established aviation services company, seeks a qualified Flight Attendant to join their team in an undisclosed U.S. location. This full-time role focuses on ensuring passenger safety and comfort in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
About the Role
The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers, delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Key duties include maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, responding to in-flight emergencies, and providing clear, professional communication to passengers and crew. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Prioritize passenger safety and comfort on every flight.

Deliver exemplary customer service.

Assist passengers with luggage stowage and provide support to those requiring additional assistance.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passenger evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance.

Ensure passenger and aircraft compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions clearly.

Complete required reports, paperwork, and documentation.

Operate and secure aircraft doors and galley/cabin service equipment.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Adhere to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or the Pilot-in-Command.
Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years.

High school diploma or GED required.
-
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.

Must pass a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must reside within one (1) hour of the assigned domicile.

Ability to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
