Contour, a well-established aviation services company, is seeking a Flight Attendant to join its team in the United States. This full-time role focuses on ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and providing exceptional customer service in accordance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

The Flight Attendant is instrumental in delivering a superior passenger experience while upholding the highest safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cabin safety, conducting essential safety demonstrations, responding to emergencies with professionalism, and serving as a primary point of contact for passengers. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and a commitment to following established safety protocols and service procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and comfort in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies.

Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed passenger expectations.

Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, including implementing safety procedures and guiding passengers.

Conduct safety demonstrations and make clear, professional announcements.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Complete all required documentation and reports accurately.

Assist passengers with luggage stowing and provide support to those requiring additional assistance.

Operate galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.
Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, ongoing random testing, a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must reside within one (1) hour of the assigned domicile.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
