The Flight Attendant is responsible for the paramount safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers. This involves maintaining cabin safety, conducting vital safety demonstrations, expertly responding to in-flight emergencies, and fostering clear, professional communication with both passengers and crew. The position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal capabilities, and the composure to perform effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities

Execute all duties within the aircraft environment in strict accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Prioritize passenger safety and comfort on every flight.

Provide exemplary customer service that surpasses passenger expectations.

Assist with the lifting and stowing of luggage, requesting assistance as needed.

Offer attentive support to passengers requiring special assistance, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Respond effectively to emergency situations by implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passengers during evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance (including CPR and first aid).

Ensure all passengers and the aircraft adhere to safety, security, and operational standards.

Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions with clarity and professionalism.

Complete all required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.

Retrieve and store items in overhead bins.

Operate and secure aircraft doors.

Push and pull food and beverage carts.
-
Perform tasks that involve frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Operate galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Adhere to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years.

High school diploma or GED required.
-
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must reside within one (1) hour of their assigned domicile.

Able to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
