Key Responsibilities

Ensuring passenger safety and comfort in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Delivering exemplary customer service and exceeding passenger expectations.

Assisting passengers with luggage and providing support to those requiring additional assistance.

Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
-
Responding effectively to emergency situations, including evacuations and providing medical assistance.
-
Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Conducting safety demonstrations and making clear announcements.
-
Completing all required documentation and reports accurately.
-
Performing tasks involving physical activity such as lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling carts.

Operating galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.
-
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.
-
Adhering to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Completing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum age of 23 years.
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must reside within one (1) hour of the assigned domicile.

Ability to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
