Corendon Airlines Europe, a dynamic and rapidly expanding airline established in 2017, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Boeing 737NG Trainee First Officers (Cadets). Operating under the Maltese flag, we connect passengers from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland to popular tourist destinations in Turkey, Egypt, Portugal, Greece, and Spain.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a qualified Boeing 737NG First Officer.
Successfully complete a type rating course delivered by Global Aviation Training (GTA) Madrid.
Engage in base training, company conversion training, and line training provided by Corendon Airlines Europe.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company through a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) multiengine.
Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Demonstrate ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency.
Be born after 1988.
Hold a higher education diploma (Associate, Bachelor, Master, Ph.D.).
Possess a valid EU passport.
Exhibit enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Be capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.

Program Details:

This self-sponsored type rating program includes a Type Rating Course for the B737, Base Training, Company Conversion Training, and Line Training.
Candidates must successfully complete the Type Rating training to be considered for the employment offer.
Successful candidates will receive an employment agreement starting from the commencement of base training until November 7, 2026. The contract will be subject to renewal based on mutual expectations.
Corendon Airlines Europe provides accommodation in an apartment hotel for crew members in all operational bases.

Location:

Trainee First Officers will be based in Hanover, Dusseldorf, Cologne (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Heraklion (Greece), Antalya (Turkey), and any other established operating bases.
