Overview
Cook Shared Service is seeking a professional Pilot to operate company aircraft for the transport of personnel, equipment, and supplies. The Pilot will operate under day, night, and instrument conditions in full compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company regulations. This role requires the exercise of exceptional judgment to ensure the safety of all passengers and company assets under varying environmental and operational conditions.
Responsibilities

Oversee all pre-flight activities, including aircraft inspections, verification of consumables (fuel, oil, anti-icing fluids), and ensuring all emergency supplies are onboard to confirm airworthiness.

Supervise the loading of passengers, baggage, and freight, ensuring that all performance data, weight, and balance remain within certifiable limits.

Coordinate with operational and scheduling personnel regarding flight planning, arrival/departure times, and passenger requirements.

Conduct thorough flight planning, including analyzing weather information, selecting optimal routings and altitudes, and filing flight plans with FAA facilities.

Provide passenger briefings on cabin equipment and emergency procedures, ensuring comfort and assistance with logistics.

Manage the servicing, storage, and protection of company aircraft, including managing post-flight inspections and reporting operational data or malfunctions to the maintenance department.

Maintain accurate FAA records, flight reports, and personal flight logs.

Maintain current knowledge of FAA regulations, air traffic control procedures, communication protocols, and aircraft systems manuals.

Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s) and maintain strict passenger and business confidentiality.

Perform additional aviation-related, non-flying duties as required.
Qualifications

Certifications:
Must hold a valid FAA ATP certificate with a multi-engine endorsement, a current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate, a valid US Passport, and an FCC Restricted Radio Operator Certificate.

Flight Experience:
Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours required, including 1,000 hours turbine PIC, 500 hours jet, and 200 hours logged within the last 12 months.

Operational Experience:
Experience flying aircraft heavier than 12,500 lbs. at takeoff is required.

Education:
Associates degree or equivalent is required.

Preferences:
Previous corporate flying experience is preferred. Experience with Challenger 604, Gulfstream G100, and/or King Air 350i is preferred.

Requirements:
Pilots must be qualified and capable of flying three aircraft types. No prior aviation incidents, accidents, or violations are permitted.
