About the Role

As a Flight Attendant with Contour Aviation, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while adhering to all regulatory requirements. This role demands a high level of customer service, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.
• Must pass a 10-year background check.
• Must receive criminal history review clearance.
• Must pass fingerprinting.
• Ability to provide references that pass checks.
• Successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.
• Must reside within one hour of the assigned domicile.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Minimum arm reach of 170 cm (approximately 67 inches).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to handle interruptions and adapt to changing situations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously with accuracy and quality.
