About the Role
Contour, an established aviation services company, is seeking a Flight Attendant to ensure passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional service aboard their aircraft. This position requires adherence to FAA regulations and company policies, with a focus on cabin safety, emergency response, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies while performing duties in the aircraft environment.

Prioritize safety and passenger comfort on every flight.

Deliver exemplary customer service that consistently meets and exceeds passenger expectations.

Assist passengers with stowing luggage and provide support to those requiring additional assistance, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passenger evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance.

Ensure passenger and aircraft compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Conduct safety demonstrations and make public announcements clearly and professionally.

Complete all required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.

Operate and secure aircraft doors and manage galley/cabin service equipment.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Follow all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or the Pilot-in-Command.

Ability to push and pull food and beverage carts requiring up to 32 lbs. of force.

Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching above shoulder height, and lifting up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting annual salary of $34,000.00, with annual increases to a maximum of $42,500.00.

Retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 per year once maximum salary is reached.
