Key Responsibilities

Perform all duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Prioritize passenger safety and comfort on every flight.

Deliver exemplary customer service exceeding passenger expectations.

Assist passengers with luggage, including lifting and stowing in overhead bins.

Provide attentive support to passengers requiring additional assistance, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passengers during evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards for all passengers and the aircraft.

Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions clearly.

Complete all required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.

Retrieve and store items in overhead bins.

Operate and secure aircraft doors.

Push and pull food and beverage carts.

Perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Operate galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Adhere to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting annual salary: $34,000.00

Maximum salary: $42,500.00
