First Officer - Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ)

Contour, a long-established aviation services company, is seeking professional and safety-focused pilots for a First Officer position within the Flight Operations Department. This role involves operating Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 (ERJ) aircraft as part of a growing, team-oriented organization committed to excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective.
  • Operate aircraft in strict compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.
  • Execute all assigned duties in accordance with company policies and established manuals.
  • Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and flight plan preparation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers.
  • Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
  • Adhere to all uniform and professional appearance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by station leadership or company management.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting annual salary for this position is $36,000.00. Employees may be eligible for additional pay incentives for extra trips worked, subject to schedule and specific performance thresholds.

Full-Time Employee Benefits

  • 401(k) Savings Plan: Eligible the first day of the month following the date of hire, with a company matching contribution of up to 6% of eligible compensation.
  • Paid Sick Leave: Accrual of up to 56 hours annually, with rollover capabilities up to a 480-hour bank.
  • Vested Vacation: Eligible to receive vested vacation hours on January 1st following the hire date.
  • Travel Privileges: NRSA (non-revenue/space available) travel privileges on Contour upon hire and access to MyID Travel after six months of service.
  • Leaves of Absence: Eligibility for medical, non-medical family care, maternity, paternity, and personal leave.
