Contour Airlines, a long-established aviation services provider, is seeking dedicated First Officers to join our Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ) 135/145 fleet. Candidate Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective.

Operate aircraft in strict compliance with FAA regulations and flight schedules.

Perform all professional duties in accordance with company manuals and operational policies.

Execute diligent preflight planning and maintain accurate flight plans.

Provide superior customer service to all passengers.

Ensure aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and the presence of all required safety equipment.

Maintain a professional appearance consistent with company uniform standards.

Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of $36,000 annually, with performance-based increases up to $44,959.07.

Incentive pay for additional trips worked or assigned per Scheduled Pilot Work Rules.

Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first of the month following hire).

401(k) savings plan with a company match of up to 6%.

Paid sick leave accrual of up to 56 hours annually (rolling up to 480 hours).

Vested vacation hours effective January 1st following the hire date.

Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges on Contour Airlines; access to MyID Travel after six months of service.

Availability of various leaves of absence, including medical, parental, and personal.
