First Officer - Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ)
Contour Airlines, a well-established aviation services provider, is seeking qualified First Officers to join its Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ 135/145) fleet. The organization is built on a foundation of integrity and safety, prioritizing an attitude of excellence and a customer-centric mindset.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will function as a team player, upholding professional standards and contributing to the company's culture of safety and service. While not a requirement, proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective.

Operate aircraft in accordance with established schedules and FAA regulations.

Execute duties in full compliance with all Company manuals and policies.

Perform diligent preflight planning and generate accurate flight plans.

Provide exceptional service to passengers.

Maintain aircraft cleanliness and ensure all required safety equipment is on board.

Uphold professional appearance standards as defined by the Company uniform policy.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of $36,000 annually, with performance-based increases up to $44,959.07.

Pay incentives for additional trips worked or assigned per Scheduled Pilot Work Rules.

Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance (effective the first of the month following the hire date).

401(k) savings plan with a Company match of up to 6%.

Paid sick leave accrual of up to 56 hours annually, with a rollover capacity of 480 hours.

Vested vacation hours effective January 1st following the date of hire.

NRSA (non-revenue/space available) travel privileges on Contour Airlines upon hire, with access to MyID Travel after six months of service.
