First Officer - Citation XL/XLS Fleet

Position Summary
The First Officer is responsible for upholding the highest levels of professionalism and leadership while ensuring safe and reliable operations. Successful candidates will function as team players dedicated to excellence in every aspect of performance within our Citation XL/XLS fleet.
Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety in all operational aspects.

Comply with schedules and directives governing aircraft operations under Part 135 On Demand standards.

Perform assigned duties in strict accordance with Company manuals, memos, and policies.

Conduct thorough preflight planning and flight plan preparation.

Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers.

Ensure the aircraft is clean, prepared for flight, and equipped with necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.

Adhere to the Company uniform policy at all times.

Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits package:

Insurance:
Health, vision, dental, short/long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following the hire date).

401(k) Savings Plan:
Eligible the first day of the month following the hire date, with a Company matching contribution of up to 6% of eligible compensation.

Paid Sick Leave:
Accrual of up to 56 hours per year, with carryover permitted up to a maximum bank of 480 hours.

Vacation:
Vested vacation hours provided on January 1st following the hire date.

Travel Privileges:
Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel on Contour Airlines upon hire, with access to MyID Travel after six months of service.

Leaves of Absence:
Coverage for medical leave, non-medical family care, maternity/paternity leave, and personal leave as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
